A bright and tranquil bathroom in Bristol.

The brief for this project was to create a bright and calming space to relax and unwind. A reworking of the layout was also required to allow for a bath tub which was a must for the home owners.

We reconfigured the space replacing the shower cubicle with a generously sized bath and overhead rainfall shower and updated the overall look and feel with fresh paint colours and textural green tiling to create a feeling of calm. Natural, bathroom safe cork floor tiles add warmth and are a cost effective and sustainable alternative to porcelain tiles.

The photo below shows the previous layout and look of the bathroom. The shower cubicle and wall nib were removed and the ceiling height increased to make the bathroom feel more spacious and improve light levels. The basin area was moved to the opposite wall to allow for the bath tub.
